Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

At Louis Meyer we offer our complete satisfaction guarantee or your money back. If your purchase isn’t quite right, not what you expected or you’ve simply changed your mind, we will refund you in full.

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to let us know of your intention to return an item(s).
  • Return postage costs to be paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing by Louis Meyer.
  • Please return item(s) within 48 hours of notifying us of your intention to do so.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as supplied by us. They must be unworn, unaltered and unadjusted. All original boxes, packaging, certificates and instruction manuals (where supplied) etc must be returned. Damaged, broken or adjusted items will not be accepted for return.
  • We will refund you the full purchase price within 2 business days of receiving the item(s) back, via the original payment method used. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to show in your account depending on your card issuing bank.
  • If the returned item is a ring that we have re sized free of charge, a surcharge of £50 may be deducted from your refund amount to cover re sizing costs.

  • Mark all customs declarations (CN22 & CN23) as ‘Goods Returned’ and mark the value as zero £0 to avoid customs charges.
  • Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Any customs or import charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  • Louis Meyer will not be held responsible for items not reaching us or items that are damaged or delayed in transit.
  • We recommend using a fully insured & tracked service for returns.
