We will make an offer based upon the condition and current market value of your items. Once we agree a price, we will make immediate payment*. PART EXCHANGE
Fancy a change? You can trade in your jewellery and watches against any pieces available in our collection. Our part exchange service allows you to use your items as credit towards something else. You can trade up or down and we can often allow more for your items than purchasing them outright.
*While in most cases we can make immediate payment for items purchased, there may be a payment delay of up to 48 hours while screening and authenticity checks take place. Luxury watches will require detailed inspection by a watchmaker to establish complete authenticity and functionality before funds can be released. Screening of some diamond pieces will be required before payment can be made.

STEP 2
WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH AN INITIAL OFFER OR GUIDE PRICE.
We can often give guide prices at this initial stage. We will need to see most diamond and gemstone pieces in person before price indications can be given.
STEP 3
ACCEPT OR DECLINE OUR OFFER
You can bring your item(s) to us by appointment or send them to us. Following inspection, we will confirm or amend our offer. If you accept our offer, we will make payment. If you decline our offer, we will return your item(s).
